Patients can expect to fill out various forms upon checking in (please see Patient Forms section). Please bring in your current x-rays along with the referral from your general dentist. If necessary, we will take x-rays, which are needed for the exam. Dr Christiansen will then evaluate the patient and explain the surgery process as well as anesthesia options. Following the exam, the patient will be given the opportunity to schedule any future treatments. At this time, we will go over insurance coverage and fees.
